This pattern has many meanings. The names ‘Cha Cha Cha’ and ‘Change your Life’ refer to the rhythm of the pattern. ‘Senchi Bridge’ refers to a bridge over the Volta River in Ghana, a suspension bridge that sways violently when crossed.
