Verre cassé is the title of a famous song from Franco (Luambo Makiadi), leader of the OK Jazz, the probably best known singer of Zaire in the elder generations. As a reference to it, it also became the title of a novel written by multi-award winning Congolese writer Alain Mabanckou.
